  • Action Plan – A step-by-step plan for your next twelve weeks of career pathing.

Price Point: $180/session, if you decide you want ongoing sessions or support we can determine an appropriate package price.

4-12 weeks, 60-minute sessions

• Who: People leaders in need of management support
• Why: Because moving from being responsible for your own career to being responsible for anyone else’s is challenging and it is rare that organizations provide adequate support for that transition.

  • Self-reflection – A supported self-inventory of your values, skills, and growth areas.
  • Enneagram Training – You will gain a solid understanding of the Enneagram System so as to leverage it in a supportive and non-limiting way with your direct reports.
  • Coaching Sessions – We’ll review your self-inventory, your team’s challenges, and determine appropriate goals for the length of our agreement.

Price Range: $1,000 – $2,800/agreement, depending on scope of the agreement, length of the agreement, and organizational involvement.

• Why: Because you’ve developed a significant depth and breadth of experience and want to find more and bigger ways to share that experience for the betterment of others.
• What:
  • Self-reflection – A supported self-inventory of your values, skills, and growth areas.
  • Enneagram Training – You will gain a solid understanding of the Enneagram System so as to leverage it in a supportive and non-limiting way with your direct reports.
  • Growth Management – We’ll work together to identify the media and organizational opportunities that match your strengths, goals, and values, then I will operate as an advocate and supporter to get you those opportunities.
  • Coaching Sessions – We’ll review your self-inventory, your skillset, and determine appropriate goals for the length of our agreement.

Price Range: $1,000 – $2,800/agreement, depending on scope of the agreement, length of the agreement, and organizational involvement.

4 weeks, 1-2 hour sessions – 4 months, custom schedule

• Who: For new grads, up through 3-5 years of experience, non-management
• Why: Because new grads lose time feeling alienated, not knowing how to be reflective, not knowing how to get good help. And employers waste their own and everyone’s time killing the purpose of new hires.
